Capsule Inspection cum Polishing Machine
Two Stages Automatic Capsule Inspection cum Polishing Machine
We are offering to our clients, two stages automatic (capsule Inspection cum polishing machine), which are equipped with feeding section, inspection section and polishing section. The details about the capsule polishing machine, tablet inspection machine are as follows:
FEEDING SECTION:This section consists of stainless Steel Hopper, a Stainless Steel Vibrator and a Stainless Steel Drug Powder Collector. Due to vibration as the capsules pass through the vibrator some amount of drug powder gets collected in the Stainless Steel collector.
INSPECTION SECTION:This section consists of conveyor belt with variable speed drive and lighting from above to inspect the capsules. The capsules move on the conveyor belt while moving they revolve around the axis due to the angular guides. The defective capsules can be sorted out by the operator through visual inspection. The defective capsules sorted can be removed manually by pluckers or by hand.
POLISHING SECTION:This section consists of two Stainless Steel chambers fitted with a filter cloth; a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush, stainless steel powder collector and vacuum dust collector. The capsules travel from one end of the brush to the other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the Nylon bristles and sucked by the Dust Collector (Since the capsules are polished twice i.e. in two chambers the powder settled at the edge of the capsules also get removed). The capsules coming out of the chute are throughly polished, glossy and clean.
TECHNICAL OFFER
Vibro sifters are used for raw material sieving in Pharmaceutical, food & chemical industry. raw material is fed through in feed hopper & there is a sieve of required mesh size through which the sieved material falls. There is Vibro motor & spring type suspension system through which the vibration occurs the Vibro motor are transmitted to the sieve chamber. As it vibrates the material gets shifted or sieve through it.

This is most versatile Capsule Filing Machine suitable for all class of Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic and R. & D. Laboratories. The equipment is simple to operate with NO weight variation and with negligible rejection. The Stainless Steel body is fabricated out of S.S. 304 qlty. and all contact parts are made out of Stainless Steel 304 qlty. 8000 capsules per hour for capsule size:00 to 5 for 300-hole machine. Loading plates 3 Nos. and powder tray supplied with machine.
From Size 00/0/1/2 you can do one machine with change parts, for size 3, 4 you will have to do one other machine, for size 5 one machine, for size 000 a separate machine.
