Function & Application of Rubber in Shear Mounts : The function & application of Rubber in Shear Mounts are to absorb vibration & noise of Fans, Fan Coil units, Fan Motor assembly of Air Handling units & Pumps etc. These rubber mounts are double deflection types which are having better efficiency comparing with single deflection rubber in shear mounts.

Features of Double Deflection Rubber in Shear Mounts : The Rubber in Shear Mount is manufactured from high grade Neoprene. This material offers outstanding durability properties like Water/ Weather Resistance, Ozone Resistance & Oil resistance etc. Rubber in shear mount include top & bottom steel plates for uniform load distribution. Mounting holes furnished as standard.

RSM Series : RSM Series are elastomeric mounts which provide effective vibration control for all types of rotating machines. The RSM Series double deflection rubber in shear mounts are color coded for identification of loading capacity and prevents installation errors. The RSM Series have ribbed and non-skid bases. No bolting of anchor bolts is required for machines that have no lateral motion.

Rubber Cork Pads :

• Ribbed Construction rubber pads are used on either side of cork.
• Excellent sound attenuation capability

Waffle Rubber Pads :

• It is available in different design, thicknesses & load.
• In built suction cups
• Waffle pattern provides superior vibration attenuation
• Load Range 1 LBS to 300 LBS.

Rubber Steel Rubber Pads :

• Ridham Industries manufacturing either side ribbed rubber pads of Galvanised steel plate or either side waffle rubber pads of galvanised steel plate. Rubber steel pads are available in different sizes.
