Packaging Details : 1. Surface Protection
The stainless steel components are individually wrapped with soft foam sheets to prevent scratches and abrasions.
The wooden sections are covered with foam padding or felt lining to protect against impact and scuffing.
2. Moisture & Dust Protection
Each unit is sealed with plastic shrink wrap to prevent exposure to moisture, dust, and environmental contaminants.
Silica gel packets are added inside the wrap to absorb any residual moisture.
3. Corner & Edge Protection
All sharp edges and corners are protected using high-density edge guards or corner protectors for impact resistance during transport.
4. Inner Carton/Boxing
The protected unit is placed in a corrugated carton box with a minimum of 5-ply thickness.
Thermocol or foam blocks are used to cushion and stabilize the pillar within the box.
