The machine iscustomized to perform the facing operation after completing the boring operation. The CNC system enables the machine to run at a different feed & speed during facing & optimise the machine performance.
This is a 4 Axis CNC Milling SPM. The specialfeatures of this machine is that its machining of the Rear Axle can be adjusted in both the planes to control the Camber & Caster angle of the wheels. The machine can becustomized according to component of different models of the Vehicle.
Since the component is heavy, the machine is supplied with a Gantry for automatic loading & unloading the component.
