Compartments Panels are generally in compartmentalized construction. Each compartment is provided with hinged doors. Sheet metal/Bakelite barriers are provided between compartments, busbar chamber and cable alley to make the panel fully oompartmentalized. Busbar and Alley Electrolytic Alumninum Flats/Bars of E91E grade and Copper Flats/Bars of 99.9% purity are used for busbars, Busbars are designed for fault level upto 50 KAcms for one second. All busbars are provided with heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves and color coded. Busbars supports are non-hygroscopic SMC/DMC moulded and are specially designed for long creapage distance and strong enough to with stand electromaohanical forces during fault conditions.
