The plates are then passed on to detect any adversity, with strict and rigorous quality attention being paid here, three important test, namely, Pin Hole detection, Ultraviolet ray and Die penetration tests are scrutinized on each individual plate, Only the best and most qualified plates are then chosen for further consideration. If considered installing the plates on the unit, new and excellent quality of NBR gaskets are glued on the plates, rest assured as the glue we use here is also industry standard and OEM certified, after the gaskets are successfully glued, the plates are then baked into a kiln for effective drying of the attached gaskets and glue and finally, the plates are ready for onward consideration.
