PRESSURE CLARIFIER (REMOVAL OF HIGH TURBID)

When the source of water generally happens to be river / pond / jheel (called as ground source)and the suspended impurities of water are to be eliminated for passing through a pressure filter, the filtration unit will be chocked immediately, if highly turbid water is passing through it. The technical approach to such a treatment usually involves coagulations, pH corrections, flash mixing, flocculation, clarification etc. and the PRESSURE CLARIFIER is left for only choice.

The Pressure Clarifier, as the name implies, works under Pressure and as such influent water can be directly passed through the unit and subsequently through a filter for obtaining the treated water at an overhead tank, by single pump pressure only.

Design and Fabrication

The pressure clarifier units are designed, fabricate from welded mild steel plates suitable for withstanding working pressure. The fabrication is generally as per our schedule practice. The size and capacity of the pressure clarifier depend upon customers requirement of treated water.
