FOUR BIN SYSTEM4 Bin aggregate feeder units with a storage capacity of 2.5 m3 each. Feeder bins are mounted on individual loading conveyor. LOADING CONVEYORAggregates are discharged sequentially according to the predefined sequence of loading into the mixer by the loading conveyors Chevron Belt. MIXING UNITThe mixing is carried out in a Pan type-mixing. The Mixing is carried out with the help of Padel Arms, which ensures homogenous mix. DISCHARGE CONVEYORThe discharge conveyor powered by 7.5 HP motor, endless belt with a discharge height of 2.3 mtrs. CEMENT HOPPER WITH SCREW CONVEYORCement hopper of storage capacity of 30 bags of cement is employed along with a screw conveyor powered by a 5 HP motor is used for discharging the cement in the mixer.
