Today “Peanut Butter”, “Cashew Butter”, “Pistachio Butter” “Almond Butter” and Other Nut Butter Spread are very popular and largely demanded in food market. Our “Nut and Peanut Butter Grinder” is a must machine for Industries producing peanut butter or any nut butter as per international standards. Peanut butter is the fastest growing natural Spread internationally. The machine can also be used multipurpose grinding. The “Nut and Peanut Butter Grinder” will grind peanuts, honey roasted peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pistachios and cacao beans. Dry roasted and un-blanched nuts work the best for producing a spreadable butter containing fine-textured particles. Raw, unroasted nuts are not recommended in the “Nut and Peanut Butter Grinder”, as they may produce a thick and coarse nut butter meal paste or not produce a peanut butter. All other nuts listed must be diced or chopped or split blanched and cannot be processed whole. Almonds specifically need to be dry roasted, medium diced almonds with a very low moisture content. The machine is easy to use, you have to just switch on the motor and nut butter is dispensed from the outlet of the milling head. It can be directly attached to holding tank or other processing equipment. Disassembly and cleanup of the Peanut Butter mill is easy, with full access requiring no special tools. The capacity of the machine is 500KG of peanut butter per hour and the long-life grinding burrs are milled from solid food grade stainless steel. All stainless steel made machine can work for lifetime for your spread or peanut butter processing plant.
