Pre fabricated PUFF insulated panels with interior & exterior made from thick pre-painted steel sheet Insulation is done with 60mm thick PUFF. Panels are joint together by means of tongue and groove and locked together on each side to ensure air tightness and leakage.Flooring is done with 60mm PUFF panels with Antiskid G.I.Door is of Size of 6x3 Hinged type with proper lock & key and sweeping gasket room temperature 2c to 10c (or from 2 to 40c if required) complete with ISI mark HERMATIC Sealed compressor of Kirloskar made with wall mounted type Evaporator, and condensing unit is also in sleek design pressed sheet metal component, inner grooved copper tubes, slit aluminum fins, permanently lubricated fan and motor with CFC free eco-friendly refrigerant. Compressor is very efficient and power saving. Operating voltage 430V/50 Hz. 3 Phase.-High insulation K value and superior characteristics as regards thermal coefficients and insulation-No messy civil work, thereby reducing installation times.-fire retardant and covered with pre painted sheets, thereby eliminating any fungal growth-self standing and supporting-Comer panel in single piece. The interior and exterior metals surfaces match the finish of adjacent panels and contain foamed in place.-Vapor protected light fixtures mounted on door frame-Switch and pilot light positioned adjacent to the door and built in-Sweep gasket ensures air tightness and seal along the bottom of the door.
