Our Flash Spin Dryers are most suitable for drying cake & wet powder having free flow characteristic after drying. The rotating stirrer bricks the cake/wet powder into small size, thus increasing the surface area, which is exposed to hot air and accelerate the drying process , and it also help difficult to fluidize particle to remain to afloat.
The hot air enter for the bottom of the drying chamber and support drying process. The p which dried up, become lighter we get away with drying air which passes the claim.
The wet cake powder/cake is subjected to drying operation of bricking into smaller lamps, in specially designed mixture, is then fed into drying chamber by double screw feeder control the input rate.
The main chamber has mechanically rotary, which brakes and fluidized the wet material, which canes in contact with hot process air entering from the bottom. The intense mixing of hot air and agitated particle sustain and accelerates drying.
The dried particle is carried with processing to cyclone & bag filter, where particulate is metal separated at through rotary air heavy valve.
