The Bobbin will be traversing along with mounting assemblies , drive motor .The wire strip will be guided from a stationary guide assembly . Machine can also be supplied with inbuilt Collapsible bobbin for winding coils of Copper Soft annealed mild steel and Steel Strip . Coil can be unloaded by opening one side flange.

Horizontal or vertical dancer assembly can be supplied . Provided with 3+2 Consists of 5 No Pulleys, with 3No Pulleys mounted on top side of dancer assembly and 2 No in the bottom

0r 5+4 pulleys Consists of 9 No Pulleys, with 5No Pulleys mounted on top side of dancer assembly and 4 No in the bottom side as per requirement. Pulleys are movable mounted on a carrier with linear bearings on the bottom side. Air cylinder with Air pressure regulator provided for tension /speed control.

Provided with linear potentiometer for motorized pay off stand.

Traverse Assembly : Traverse assembly with ball screw, Servo motor and servo drive , HMI, PLC etc or Rollring traverse assembly can be offered .

Machine construction: The bobbins are mounted in line, one behind the other on a fabricated frame support with individual motor and traverse assembly. Machines are also offered with bobbins mounted in multiple rows one above the other.

Bobbin loading:Shaft type with pintle. Bobbin locking by nut with handle. Square thread provided on the shaft for easy loading / unloading of the bobbin.

Winding Speed 15 meters / minute : Take up speed automatically synchronized with pultrusion line speed and tension maintained uniform throughout the winding.

Traverse: Rollring traverse assembly. Traverse pitch, traverse stroke can be finely adjusted to have compact winding. Individual Traverse assembly is provided for each spool.

We are well known for supplying of wide variety of Vertical Take Up Machine.

Provided with 3 sets of plates. Centre plate can be lifted and lowered by 200 mm with 2 No hydraulic cylinder . The side plates are adjustable .Suitable slots provided on the plates for adjusting the stopper .The core width can be adjusted by screw shaft with handle. The stopper position can be adjusted to any position as required along the slot on the plates and can be easily adjusted.

Rewinding line consists of Take up stand, Traverse assembly and Pay off stand.
