  • Spool holding options Pintle type between head stock and tail stock / Cantilever shaft type with Pintle and lock nut
  • Tail Stock pintle movement options Pneumatically operated / Screw type with handle
  • Traversing system Rollring traverse system. Traverse pitch and stroke can be finely adjusted for compact winding.
  • Drive to traverse shaft is from the head stock to ensure automatic speed synchronization.  
  • Machine Construction Fabricated construction with Head stock, Tail Stock, Traverse assembly and Motor mounted on common bed
  • Brake types Pneumatic Disc brake / Electromagnetic brake
  • Drive types AC motor with variable frequency drive / Torque motor
  • Tension Control Automatic tension control maintaining line speed and winding tension constant through out winding. AC motor with variable frequency drive or Torque motor with voltage control.

The Bobbin will be traversing along with mounting assemblies , drive motor .The wire strip will be guided from a stationary guide assembly . Machine can also be supplied with inbuilt Collapsible bobbin for winding coils of Copper Soft annealed mild steel and Steel Strip . Coil can be unloaded by opening one side flange.
