It is available in internal thread from m6 x 0.5 to m200 x 3. Different models like mrz series (radial locking), mkr series (axial locking), mf series (30-degree locking), mr series (radial locking), sr, sfz & tmf series (30-degree locking) are available. The material used in lock nut is scm440, the hardness is hrc 28-32, precision iso 4h. These lock nuts are used by lot of oems in japan, taiwan, europe, china, india etc. nikki has got two types of precision grades one is precision turning and precision grinding. The precision turned lock nut thread to face squareness is under 0.005mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.002mm. these lock-nuts are compatiable with all other major brands/makes and is available in ex-stock at bangalore.
