Single coil conical spring unbalanced seals are extremely rugged & reliable and therefore used in wide range of sealing applications. These seals have very few parts & hence can be easily assembled or dismantled. The seal arrangement does not warrant any modification even in case of conversion from gland packing.The compact design eliminates the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation. Conical Single spring seals are engineered for non-clogging and self cleaning performance especially when handling contaminated liquids. The superior design of these seals helps to handle the considerable axial play of shafts during operation. The compactness of single spring seals ensures easy handling, installation and provides trouble free service with virtually no maintainence.  

The rubber bellow mechanical seal has been designed for general sealing purpose which includes easy installation of the seal. The Seal has a unique rubber bellow secondary seal, which provides a high degree of axial flexibility to compensate for lack of concentricity of the shaft & misalignment & wear due to thrust movement of the shaft. The seal can be use regardless of direction of rotation since the driving torque is not transmitted through the coil spring, The required driving torque is enhanced through the unique rubber bellow which fits on the shaft through the interference fit between the collar, rubber bellow & the shaft. 

Teflon Bellow seals are designed for handling acids. It is unrivalled in its ability to withstand corrosive fluids and is highly resistant to oxidising and reducing agents. That's because it is made out of chemically inert materials like PTFE, GFT, Ceramic, Carbon, Silicon Carbide, Hastelloy 'C' which come in contact with the acids during the operation and perform reliably under all, even extreme corrosive conditions.
The hydraulically balanced and flexible bellow accomodates shaft run-out and seal hang-up. These seals are also compactly designed for easy installation and virtually nil maintenance. The multiple springs with bellow provide uniform pressure all over the seal face to ensure effective sealing.  

Wave Spring seals are designed for pumps working with fluids with suspended particles, sludges, high viscosity liquids etc. Typical industry usage is dairy, brewery and pharmaceutical applications. Compact in design these seals can be utilized in smaller stuffing boxes. The standard design features positive drive via the grub screws, which are also used to set the seals working length. The uniform force that a wave spring provides gives consistent axial movement and dynamics. The design features a crest-to-crest wave spring and reduces the risk of corrosion and fracture as can be experienced with welded wave springs

Multi-spring Seals are designed for compactness and easy installation. They are used in rotation equipments which handle clear liquids under normal normal PV conditions. They are durable and provide high operational reliability because of their design which comprises of appropriate mating faces and secondary seal rings of relevant elastomers.

Rotomech offer reversed balanced seal, which is a externally mounted and internally balanced multi-coil seal.These seals are externally mounted & hence the metal parts including the springs do not come in contact with the circulating media & therefore can be use for corrosive or abrasive media. It eliminates the shaft step or sleeves for balancing. The compact design eliminates the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation. It is generally used for handling corrosive chemicals, hydrocarbons, general & light chemicals.

Metal bellow mechanical seals are inherently balanced and are independent of direction of rotation. The unique feature of this type of seal is that, there is no dynamic 'O' rings and therefore it will never hang up or damage the shaft and sleeve, it also has an ability to handle corrosive as well as abrasive & viscous media. These seals have self-cleaning & non-clogging construction. With selection of special bellow material it can be used in highly corrosive media.
Generally used for handling highly corrosive chemicals, high Temperature applications, petroleum refinery etc.

A double mechanical seal is a combination of two seals mounted back to back or a single retainer having both sides sealing faces or tandem type. These seals can be single-coiled or multi spring and can have a combination of unbalanced/unbalanced, unbalanced/balanced and balanced/balanced type seals. These seals are ideal for handling toxic /abrasive media. To cool the sealing faces during operation a clean compatible liquid is circulated between the two seals at a pressure higher (by one bar ) than the process fluid. The inner seal prevents the barrier fluid from entering the system while the outer seal prevents it from leaking into the atmosphere.The circulation of barrier fluid is done with the help of Thermosyphon or Forced circulation pump.

Dry-running single-acting mechanical seals are designed for sealing of gas blanket (top drive) of mixers and agitators. These mechanical seals has been fully proved and are economical by omission of double-acting mechanical seals and expensive supply systems. These mechanical seals are multi spring, externally mounted, balanced and independent of direction of rotation. In pharma, bulk drugs, food, and beverage industries mixing of any other liquid will contaminate the product hence these dry running seals are used. Various face materials & elastomers are offered to cater wide applications. Solid non-shrunk seal rings/ stationary seats with corresponding seal face geometry provide stable conditions at the seal faces, even with higher temperatures or temperature variations, ensuring low wear operation and long service life.

We offer factory assembled single agitator seals which are duly hydro tested at required pressure. These seals find applications in glass lined steel and stainless steel mixers, agitators & reactors. These are used with non pressurised barrier fluid preferably clean water or oil. These seals can be supplied with cooling water jacket to ensure healthy environmental control near the seal area.

Our factory assembled double mechanical agitator seals are used on mixers, agitators, rotary dryers, fermenters & reactors. These double mechanical seals are designed for handling severe & hazardous fluids. The design incorporates bearings located very close to seal to avoid cantilever effect at seal area. As a standard cooling jacket is provided in the seals to dissipate maximum amount of heat generated by the seals. Seals can be given without bearing, if equipments bearings are very close to seal area.

These double-acting mechanical seals are offered in back-to-back and tandem arrangements. These seals are available as per API plan 53 (higher barrier fluid pressure) with adequate auxiliary equipment specifically suited for: sealing of toxic and explosive media, e.g. aromatics like benzene, toluene, xylol and others.
