Meat Masala

Recipe:


Make a paste of meat masala adding salt and vinegar according to taste together with ginger-garlic , mix this with mutton pleces and keep for some time, Heat oil in a pan or kadhai fry onions. Add ginger-garlic paste-meat pleses saut it for ten minutes when meat starts leaving oli add water and cover it for cooking.Now add tomato puree, green chillies, coriander leaves , bay leaves and cook for 5 minutes adding little red chillies, cinnamon and cloves. Garnish with slices of tomato, onion green coriander leaves.

soak 100 gms pigeon peas (toovar daal/arhar dal) for 30 mins . boil it with pieces of drumistick, brinjall , pumpkin and onion. Add 2 tbsp of thick tamarind juice .royal chilli powder and salt . add 1 tbsp royal sambhar masala.

Shahi Paneer Masala

Recipe:



500 g Fresh Paneer , 50 g paneer Masala , 2 Tomatoes Juice or equivalent Ghee, Add 50 g Paneer Masala in water and make thick paste .Boil 3 tablespoon Ghee and pour the masala paste , futher add one cup water and cook it on medium gas , till becomes in golden colour , Add tomato juice or puree and leave it simmer for some time .






Add 100 Khoya (Mawa) in the same masala and keep it on gas for some time.Now finally mix sliced paneer pieces in, the cooked masala compound. Add one glass water .Allow it to cook on gas for ten minutes. Now paneer is ready to serve .Add green Dhania leaves before serving. Enjoy the royal taste.
