Cot Grinding Machine : Model ASGHY 200

Fully hydraulically operated to grind all kinds of top rollers with surface finish / accuracy as per international standards.

Centreless grinding attachment for Ring Frame and Speed Frame with 200 mm wide emery automatically controlled by digital timer.

Electronic timer is provided to set the time required for arbour grinding & for replacing fresh arbour to be ground.

Draw Frame and Comber rollers are grinded between center with 25 mm emery.

Taper Grinding system is provided for Comber detaching roller.

High efficient dust extraction unit provided.

Designed for high accuracy more productivity with very less maintenance.

Production Capacity : 275 to 300 Top Rollers of R/F & S/F per hour.

Horizontal attachment provided for all types of longer cots with roller guide.

Vertical attachment provided for Ring Frame & Speed Frame cots (Plane, Pvc, Alucore Cots) for more productivity.

Hydraulic Power Pack is provided for to operate both attachments at a time.

Working pressure can be adjustable as per requirement.
