Capacity from 0.5 to 30, 000 m3. tanks are assembled on site from prefabricated panels jointed with bolts. Modular design provides fast manufacturing, easy delivery unassembled and fast erection on site without welding or using some special vehicles or equipment. Stainless steel tanks are made using unique technology, due to which stored product doesn't contact with gasket, only with stainless steel, that provides stunning durability and unsurpassed hygiene qualities. Panels are jointed through additional angle bars which are connected finally into strong framing. Also for capacities up to 450 m3 we produce tanks with cone bottom standing on supporting frame, so this allows to drain all water without residue and without efforts and makes maintenance simple and easy. Seismic activity, snow and wind loads in the region of exploitation are taken into consideration during designing. We supply any needed additional equipment. also in case of need we supply tanks for potable water with filtering system, which purifies incoming to the tank air from dust and bacteria. According to aggressiveness of stored product we use different grades of stainless steel (aisi 304, 316, 430 and others), so a wide range of different liquids can be stored. We have standard line of cylindrical tanks (but can make any individual order). Rectangular tanks are made individually according to technical task. Such tanks are widely installed indoors, at roofs, in basements, because such shape allows to use free space of the room in the most beneficial way. We have produced l-shape and u-shape rectangular tanks which go round the corners of the room, also we made a tank in which columns of the building were isolated inside of tank.

Tanks made of hot dip galvanized steel Donskoy 1st are modular (sectional) and have all advantages of modular water tanks. Panels are jointed with bolts, which provide large compressive force, Donskoy 1st tanks are assembled using frameless technology. Sheets of panels lie overlap. Main scopes for these water tanks are using as fire tanks, as reservoirs for technical water and rainwater harvesting, and also for storing of bulk food and non-food products. Capacity of water tanks Donskoy 1st made by our plant is from 24 to 10, 000 cbm (6, 340 2, 640, 000 gallons). These tanks can be equipped with any additional technological elements and equipment. The water tanks don't need any anti-corrosion treatment or coatings neither external nor internal surfaces after erection. Also liners not needed. Construction is leakproof itself. Water tanks can be erected and tested by our installation crew, also under the quidance of our specialist or by customer's forces using our instructions.
