Nitrile foam is a new age insulation material. These are made from 100% Nitrile rubber, with closed cell construction, which offer superior thermal insulation qualities. It provides protection against thermal loss, condensation and moisture accumulation. Nitrile foam is recommended to be used from -40 deg C to 105 deg C.

Rubber Concept deals with Nitrile foam in both sheet as well as tube form.
Nitrile foam tubes: Nitrile foam tubes are available with variety of inner diameters, to cover the variety of piping system. Rubber Concept Nitrile foam pipes are ideal for chilled-water and refrigeration piping system. These can be available with option of aluminium foil. Rubber Concept also supply Nitrile foam pipe in fire safety grades and antimicrobial grades.
Nitrile foam Sheet: Nitrile foam is also available in sheet form. Rubber Concept supply Nitrile foam sheet with option of aluminium foil or single side adhesive for ease of assembly. Fire safety grades as well as antimicrobial grades are also available.
