Rubber Rollers Manufacturing:

Rubber Concept manufactures Rubber Rollers, mainly by moulding process, under high hydraulic pressure, which ensures compact microstructure thus longer life and durability. High Hydraulic pressure ensures excellent Rubber to Metal contact thus reduce the chances of bonding failure and entrapment of air. Electronic temperature controller ensures uniform curing of Rubber over entire length of rolls thus reduce the variations. Rubber concept has developed various dies and moulds in the diameter range of 15 - 110 mm and length range of 100 – 1100 mm. Bigger sized rolls are manufactured in the autoclave under steam pressure.

Rubber Diaphragms are flexible sealing material, which are used to prevent unwanted material to be transmitted. Rubber diaphragms should be flexible in nature as well as tough to avoid leakage while flexing. Rubber coated fabrics are normally used to make diaphragms in order to provide toughness. Rubber diaphragms are used in many flow control applications in chemical, pump and valve, oil and gas industries.

Rubber Concept manufactures rubber diaphragms form variety of rubber materials, such as Nitrile rubber, Polychloroprene (Neoprene) rubber. Rubber Concept has developed diaphragms with different fabrics such as Nylon, Rayon, Polyester, Cotton etc. Rubber Concept has developed various tools to make plain, cup, bucket type diaphragms. Rubber Concept extrusion department supplies tubing, cord, U-section, C-section, or any custom design rubber extrudate as per customer requirement. Rubber Concept can supply practically anything both in small and large quantities. Custom extrusion may be coiled for easy shipping and storage or cut in straight lengths to the desired size.

Rubber Concept specializes in producing rubber extrudate section in sponge rubber, having density less than 1 gm/cc. Rubber sponge section possess better sealing capability compared to solid section.

Rubber Concept has developed special adhesive tapes (PSA), to apply it to rubber extrusion section, for ease of assembly. These rubber extrudates are available with protective liner, upon removal of which extrudate can be sticked to any metal surface.

Nitrile foam is a new age insulation material. These are made from 100% Nitrile rubber, with closed cell construction, which offer superior thermal insulation qualities. It provides protection against thermal loss, condensation and moisture accumulation. Nitrile foam is recommended to be used from -40 deg C to 105 deg C.

Nitrile foam tubes: Nitrile foam tubes are available with variety of inner diameters, to cover the variety of piping system. Rubber Concept Nitrile foam pipes are ideal for chilled-water and refrigeration piping system. These can be available with option of aluminium foil. Rubber Concept also supply Nitrile foam pipe in fire safety grades and antimicrobial grades.

Nitrile foam Sheet: Nitrile foam is also available in sheet form. Rubber Concept supply Nitrile foam sheet with option of aluminium foil or single side adhesive for ease of assembly. Fire safety grades as well as antimicrobial grades are also available.

EPDM foam is manufactured from EPDM rubber. Due to its outstanding weather, ozone, UV and heat resistance properties, EPDM foam finds numerous applications in automotive, electronics and industrial segments. EPDM foams are available in wide range of densities and thickness.

Rubber Concept supply EPDM foam sheet, EPDM foam tape as well as EPDM foam gaskets. EPDM foam gaskets are manufactured from EPDM foam sheet with CNC controlled precise tools. Double stem seals are generally used for high head, exceeding 30Mtrs. Double stem seals can be used as Top or Side rubber seal, sometimes as Bottom rubber seal too. Rubber Concept specializes in PTFE (Teflon) cladding over bulb portion of Double stem rubber seal. PTFE cladding helps rubber seal to retain its flexibility while maintaining its position between the clamp bar and seal plate, thus improving durability and life.

Flat seals are generally used as Bottom rubber seals for all types of gates and pressed against bottom sealing plate. They can be of wedge type or radius type too.

Rubber concept manufactures various types and various designs of rubber seal corners. They can be manufactured by both factory moulding process as well as fabrication process. Strength of factory moulded rubber seal corner is much higher than the fabricated rubber seal corners. Combination of various types of rubber seals can also be prepared for various application.
