DEVBHOG BESAN , also known as gram flour, chickpea flour, is a pulse flour made from ground chickpeas. Gram flour contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, no gluten, and a higher proportion of protein than other flours.Besan is used for day to day food products in houses of rich and poor for variety of tastes and has several uses across the country and throughout the year.
