Features
The High Voltage Detector HV-50 is SAFETY DEVICE used to verity that the overhead ling is not LIVE prior to earthing. It is suitable for 11KV/33KV supply lnes. It is powered by a single 9V bettery. The HV Detector is continous monitoring type i.e. the internal circuit of the equipment is continuously powered by the battery and it keeps monitoring the voltage level at the contact electrode. As soon as the voltage at the contact electrode exceeds minium user defined voltage level, the HV Detector starts annunciation with flasting Red LEDs and buzzer beeps indication that the line is LIVE and not safe to earth.
