It is a simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material. Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different materials.
The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer ribbons.
During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and intermix the material to get a homogenous mass in short intervals.
Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening valve.

The mass mixer consists of a rigid fabricated structure motor, gear box, mixing drum, stirrer and tilting device. Specially designed self adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design is provided to ensure that no black particle enters into the mixing drum.
The material under mixing process can be monitoring through acrylic dust cover and its controls dusting and contaminations.

Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
