Description

We are manufacturer and supplier of custom built Fiber extractor for tea industries.

Structure;

  • Made of M.S.Angle section
  • bearing and brushes gives noiseless and vibration free operation.
  • The height between the tray and roller can be adjusted according to need
  • The machine can also be used as bulk separator of Dust, Fanning and broken grade by using one or two S.S. Mesh tray with the dimpled tray

Fiber extracting roller

  • PVC roller (315 mm diameter)
  • woolen felt is attached with entire length of the Roller to create even magnetic charge
  • static current unit for even magnetic charge is given throughout the roller
