Pharma   Technical Features   SK-Homogenizer with shearing-intensive “homogenizing” mode or “pumping” mode with low shearing effect, simply achieved by the change in direction of rotation and special geometry. S.K. Pharma Machinery agitator and scraper systems with vertical and horizontal mixing effect for shortest heating and cooling time. Integrated CIP/SIP, suitable for pharmaceuticals production. The liquid manufacturing plant is a set of equipment designs for the manufacture of syrup, liquid oral formulations and other water based pharmaceutical products. The liquid manufacturing plants are ideal tool for the pharmaceutical industries for the production of oral liquid. It is specially designed to take care of two critical factors which directly affects the quality of the liquids. The Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessel are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling and are designed with internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar direct from stores to the sugar syrup vessel.The advantages of the bottom propeller agitator over conventional agitator are that, it includes no vibrations in the shaft and no coupling in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost.

CIP(Cleaning In Place) / SIP(Sterilization In Place) is an important part on the SK Pharma Machinery construction and development and is standard for all SK machines.  A machine execution without dead area and the avoidance of the narrow gaps, screws, studs, seals and O-rings are the special characteristics of the SK Pharma Machinery machines. Minimize maintenance & optimized cleaning is the result.
