Complete platelet systems incorporate one of our heavy duty platelet agitators inside a platelet incubator. They are supplied complete with no 'extras' to worry about.
The Jindal Platelet Incubator uses state of the art technology to achieve a reliable, control over temperature. It is preset at 22 C for platelet application.
The inner chamber of the incubator and the agitator shelves are made of Stainless steel and the outer body is made of Mild Steel duly powder coated. Platelet bags are stored on stainless steel shelves. The chamber is insulated with a high grade high density insulation which provides extremely efficient thermal barrier ensuring optimum efficiency.
Reliable heavy duty hermetically sealed CFC free refrigeration with a combination of heating provides the required temperature. A forced air type circulation with internal fans ensures uniform temp. within the chamber. The agitator will have sturdy perforated drawers/trays to ensure uniform air circulation through the perforations.Platelet Agitator
The platelet agitator is used for safe and reliable storage of platelets under controlled environment.. Flat Bed Agitator. Moves gently from side to side. Derlin rollers and glides allow the drawer storage platform to agitate smoothly. Heavy duty motor with special drive ensures smooth and gentle agitation of platelets. The agitator has a lateral movement of 1.5inch. High ventilation capability to allow oxygen transfer to platelets. Smooth sliding stainless steel trays which can be removed for cleaning as well as enable easy removal or loading of bags in the tray. Fixed speed agitator with heavy duty bearings and quiet operation
The exclusive auto stop door switch pauses the agitator when the incubator door is opened. Agitator motion automatically resumes when the door is closed ensuring continuous agitation of platelets.
If the platelet agitator fails to start or stops during use an audible alarm sounds to alert the user. As platelets are living cells and need to be kept in suspension agitation is gently maintained in conjunction with free gaseous exchange with the outside atmosphere as recommended by the WHO Blood Cold Chain requirements.
The platelet incubator will have a front glass door for viewing the platelet bags. The door is light in weight and slides into the chamber for keeping and removing the bags from the agitator.
The incubator will have an inbuilt 7 days circular chart recorder. It has a combination of wheels and jack fitted at the bottom for its easy transportation.
Fully Automatic Microprocessor control
A fully automatic dedicated microprocessor helps in monitoring all the functions of the agitator as well as Incubator. The advanced microprocessor monitors the temp. of the chamber in real time. A bright LCD displays all the parameters including date, time, temp., cooling mode, heating mode etc.
RS-232 port for computer interface is a standard feature.
In case of power failure, the inbuilt rechargeable battery backup provides continuous temperature monitoring and recording. The temperature can be set between15-22C 0.5C with a resolution of 0.1C. An audio & visual alarm is provided for temperature deviation beyond permitted tolerance with a MUTE Key. A LED display is also provided for easy readout to the user. It has an in built system to track the motion of Agitator i.e. it will give an audio & visual alarm on the stoppage of the agitator. A user friendly software and soft touch keys are easy to use.
Jindal Plasma Extractor is designed to extract blood component from the centrifuged bags. The spring loaded front panel applies pressure on the collected bag causing the liquid to contain in transfer bag.
Sturdy construction of the plasma expresser makes it durable, reliable, easy to use & portable. The expresser is available in both manual & automatic versions
Jindal Blood bag Tube Sealer is a compact machine to seal the blood bag pilot tube by radio frequency sealing system, no haemolysis at blood in the pilot tube because radio frequency sealing seals the tube without damaging the blood cells inside, & easy separation of tube once sealing is done. Sealing can be achieved in less than 1.5 seconds per tube by simple operation.
Jindal Mortuary chamber storage system is designed for storing cadaverous under cool condition to prevent decomposition. They are quality constructed self contained mortuary refrigerators used in funeral directors and hospitals. Double walled construction with inner chamber made of Stainless Steel and outer body made of mild steel duly powder coated. High density polyurethane (PUF) insulation of desired thickness is filled between the walls and the whole structure is mounted on heavy duty castors for easy movability. Trays to carry bodies with handles at both ends slide on rollers. Front opening, hinged stainless steel insulated doors lined with gasket, handle and lock arrangement with keys in duplicate for individual dead bodies. A double door system including the transparent inner acrylic door helps in viewing without disturbing the thermal conditions.
The refrigeration unit is kept outside the chamber for easy maintenance. Strong and reliable with powerful quick response refrigeration system helps in achieving the desired temperature within a short period of time even at high ambient conditions. A highly efficient hermetically sealed compressor with air cooled condenser having the evaporator inside the chamber is used. A forced air type circulation is used to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber. Non CFC eco friendly commercially available refrigerant is used.
Body autopsy floor scale is weighing scale with platform for taking weights of cadavers. It is designed to withstand intensive use and most rigorous conditions of a mortuary/forensic dept. conducting multiple examinations per day measuring dead body weight ranging from 0 kg to 300 kg.
The dead body weighing scale has four weighing points for optimum precision and reliability. The platform is made of high grade Stainless steel.The platform for keeping the body is sturdy, made of stainless steel is of size 6 feet X 2 feet X 8 inches. The cabinet has a digital read out with help of a custom built LCD to display the weight rapidly with help of four highly responsive load sensors. Jindal isolation systems provide inherently superior sterility compared to open front clean air devices such as laminar flow clean benches and Class II biological safety cabinets. USP797 guidelines specify that isolators may be situated in an area subject to less severe environmental controls compared with open front clean air devices. The pharmacy isolators are also for H1N1 applications. The pharmacy isolators are a cost-effective solution especially for lower-volume pharmacies. They reduce operating and renovation costs, take up less space, and are easier to maintain. The negative pressure, recirculating model is suitable for work involving hazardous materials, antineoplastic, or cytotoxic compounding applications.The work zone and pass-thru interchange are under negative pressure to the room in order to maintain operator protection.When hazardous drugs compounds have the potential to volatilize, the negative pressure, recirculating isolator should be selected.
The outer body of the isolator is made of Mild Steel duly powder coated. The work surface is made of thick stainless steel. The side panels have windows of thick acrylic for viewing purposes.
The ambient air is pulled through the inlet pre-filter and then through the HEPA filter. This filtered air is then made to enter the work area. This creates a laminar and particle free environment inside the isolator to protect the work material inside the chamber and pass - thru. Now the air from the work zone and pass-thru is quickly purged by the fans to keep the area clean. The main fan pulls approximately 90% of the purged air back to the plenum and passing through the HEPA down flow filter again, it is recirculated back to the work zone and pass-thru. This high rate of air flow re-circulation helps to prolong filter life. The Jindal double-wall design creates a dynamic Chamber plenum which surrounds contaminated areas with negative pressure, preventing the possibility of contamination from leaks in filter seal, gasket or cabinet structure. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed velocity of 70 FPM-110FPM(Avg. Air flow velocity 90 FPM)

Sliding tray facilitates material transfer without the operator having to reach into the pass-thru interchange area.. All common surgical gloves attach to the cuff ring, thereby making the system adaptable to operator preference.. The front visor opens up fully for maintenance access into the work zone.
IntroductionThe pass box is equipment normally installed on the wall between the clean room and any other room. It is used for transfer of material from and into the clean room, without contaminating the air of clean room and without having to open room door. This is achieved with the help of interlocking type doors of pass box.
Principal of WorkingThis equipment is installed on the wall between the clean room and the other room. The pass box has two doors at its extreme ends. One door opens in the clean room and other door open in the other room. These doors are electrically interlocked type so that any one door can be opened at a time. This avoids direct flow of air from the clean room to the other room or vice versa. This also obviates the need to open the clean room door frequently for transferring of material from & into the clean room. Thus, it helps in achieving the aim of material transfer without disturbing the cleanliness level of the clean room.
ConstructionThe complete body is made of stainless Steel. Each hinged door has wide glass viewing window, through which material kept in the pass box can be seen. These doors are electrically interlocked type, so that any one door can be opened at a time. UV & fluorescent light are a standard feature.

The machine is incorporated with an automatic detergent dozing system to doze the required amount of detergent in the rinsing water.
The unit is incorporated with an in built electric water heater. The hot water here is used to disinfect the loaded material at a temperature of 90C (i.e. hemodisinfection) after thorough cleaning & rinsing.
The disinfector has a microprocessor controlled operation. The disinfector is a simple easy to use machine. The machine requires no installation. It has to be connected to the different supply lines and the drain line to start the operation.

Jindal embalming workstation is a new modular design workstation complete with all features required at the time of embalming.
Construction:
The workstation features a complete stainless steel construction for both the embalming trolley & embalming machine. An inbuilt rail at the lower portion of the workstation is used to mount or remove the embalming machine. This ensures complete system transportation along with easy operation of the embalming machine. A manual ratchet system made of stainless steel is also provided for trendelenburg position. Complete stainless steel trolley is mounted on heavy duty castors for easy movability. The frame size is approx. 75" Length X 28" Width. There are four provisions at all the four corners of the trolley for mounting of IV Rod. The embalming workstation is supplied with 1 IV rod.
The embalming workstation is supplied with the embalming machine. The embalming machine can be dismounted & used separately.
The embalming machine consists of a complete stainless steel housing that covers a stainless steel tank of 10Ltrs. capacity meant for storing and injecting the solution. The castors fitted at bottom enables easy movement. The plastic side grips ensure easy lifting.
The latest embalming machine technology consists of a sealed pump which is connected to the stainless steel tank with an inbuilt non return Valve (NRV) so as to prevent the back flow.
A tubing having provision for injection with the help of injection nozzle is also connected to the tank.
