The stretchy knit fabric strip is saturated with a curable black resin syrup that starts to cure when the water is added. Forms a tough, durable fiberglass reinforced composite. Provides structural strength, as well as cable and splice protection.
No special tools, mechanical ties, rails, or clips are required. Once wet, the fiber strip becomes tacky and sticks to itself, so it wraps easily around any shape or size. Installation is quick, easy, and craft forgiving. Just add water wrap and in minutes you have a tough, permanent covering.
