Details : E P Lubricant should be used in water base muds whenever the torque, drag or excessive bit gauge wear are encountered. This product can be used in all water-base mud systems, is calcium tolerant and exhibition additional properties such as emulsification and wetting. SR-TORQUE REDUCER will not affect the performance or characteristics of the drilling fluid system being used in addition this excellent product will not provide a sheen on the water because it contains no aromatics. This non-fluorescing characteristic is very important because it means that SR-TORQUE REDUCER will not adversely downhole well-logging operations. SR-TORQUE REDUCER is stable at high temperature. E P Lubricant is typically loaded at a concentration of approximately 0.279% by volume of the mud system under most condition. However, concentration of up to 2.1% by volume may necessary depending on the severity of the problem encountered. The higher concentrations may be used without adverse consequences if warranted by extreme conditions.
