S.S. Fabricators Homogenizers consist of rotor and stator assembly rotating at high speed 1400/2800 rpm. Our homogenizer suitable for Mixing, emulsifying, texturing, dispersing, shearing and homogenizing multiple solids, viscous liquid and paste. Homogenizer is used to breakdown the solid particles in a solution into very fine sizes to achieve homogeneous mixture.
Homogenizer have been used for a number of years in many industries, including science and technology, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, paint, food processing and other industrial mixing process. We offer three variants of homogenizers based on the position of mounting, namely, Bottom entry homogenizer, Top entry homogenizer and inline homogenizer.

Homogenizer is used to breakdown the solid particles in a solution into very fine sizes to achieve homogeneous mixture. Homogenizer have been used for a number of years in many industries, including science and technology, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, paint, food processing and other industrial mixing process. It is especially effective for the use of additives such as CMC, gums, and powders that are difficult to dissolve.
