Frame Cooling Pad with Frame is designed by using superior quality material and extensively used in different greenhouses for cooling applications. These pads ensure long lasting effectiveness, fast speed of pervasion and excellent water absorption capacity. It is made as per international industrial standard and follows the moisture evaporation mechanism. In this Cooling Pad with Frame, moisture is evaporated which further lowers the temperature automatically. Further, this also produces various negative oxygen ions which effectively increase the amount of oxygen in the air. Besides, these have specific stereoscopic structure, which offers the maximum evaporative surface area for heating exchanging between water and air. These are exclusively designed for comfort cooling of crops.

E-Cool pads stand alone in today’s market designed to achieve the most effective and efficient evaporative cooling possible by incorporating leading-edge technology and specialized production processes using only the highest quality materials available. In today’s market, E-Cool pads are undeniably the best choice for evaporative cooling.
E-Cool pads consist of specially impregnated and corrugated cellulose paper sheets with 45/45 flute angles that have been bonded together. This design yields a cooling pad with a high evaporation efficiency. In addition, scaling is kept to a minimum and no water carryover occurs due to the fact that the water is directed to the air inlet side of the pad. This is where most of the evaporation takes place.
The impregnation procedure for the cellulose paper ensures a strong self-supporting product, with high absorbance, which is protected against decomposition and rotting and therefore increasing longevity.
The distribution pad constitutes a vital part of a complete system and should always be ordered in combination with the E-Cool evaporative cooling pads. Placed on top of the cooling pad it ensures a uniform supply of the water to the cooling pad and minimises the risk of dry spots.
