Norglaze Pads are single sided adhesive coated foam producte incorporating a peelable acrylic adhesive and a high density PVC foam. Various colours are available subject to a mionimum order quantity but standard in Gery Red and Blue.The low tack pressure sensitive pelable acrylic adhesive allows clean removal from glass meal and PVC-u sufraces leaving no adhesive residue or ghosting marks the adhesive is UV and temperature resistant and will offer consistent bonding strengths and clean peel after prolonged periods in contact with glass surfaces.The products is available in various grades of thickness and density of closed cell PVC foam. This foam has been developed to offer excellentcompression resistance and recovery even after high loading weights have been applied.Specifically designed for the seperation and protection of sheets of flat glass, sealed units and automotive glass in transit and storage andto aid protection during installation. Norglaze is also suitable to be used with painted and pressed metal panel or similar surfaces.The product must be stored in a clean, dry, well -ventilated area and these conditions the shelf life will be a minimum of 6 month. the life expectancy of the products once in use will depend in the conditions under which the glass is stored. additional heat and humidity will affect the ageing proces of the PVC foam but not the adhesive bond itself. Low temperatures at the time of application may increase the possibility of condenstion on the surface, which will reduce the bond strenght
