Our Products
Leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Ionisation Smoke Detector, Multisensor Smoke Detector, Temperature Smoke Detector, Stand Alone Smoke Detector (CFR-SD-DT) and Stand Alone Smoke Detector (CFR-SD-LE).
We bring forth high performance Ionization Smoke Detectors. This Ionisation Smoke Detector is available under the name of Context Plus XP95 onization smoke detector. This Ionisation Smoke Detector comes with a molded self-extinguishing white polycarbonate case having wind resistant smoke inlets. There are stainless Steel wiper contacts that connect the Ionisation Smoke Detector to the terminals in the mounting base. Inside the Ionisation Smoke Detector case there is a printed circuit board that has the ionization chamber mounted on a side and the signal processing, address capture and communications electronics on the other. The ionization chamber system is an inner reference chamber which lies inside an outer smoke chamber. The outer smoke chamber is equipped with smoke inlet apertures fitted with an insect resistant mesh. There is radioactive source holder and the outer smoke chamber that are the positive and negative electrodes respectively. An americium 241 radioactive source mounted within the inner reference chamber irradiates the air in both chambers to produce positive and negative ions. On applying a voltage across these electrodes an electric field is formed. The ions are attracted to the electrode of the opposite sign, some ions collide and recombine, but the final result is that a small electric current flows between the two electrodes.
Download Our Multisensor Smoke Detector is an effective tool to detect the smoke at the incipient stage. These Multisensor Smoke Detectors are provided under the brand name of Context Plus XP95 multisensor detector. This Multisensor Smoke Detector contains an optical smoke sensor and a thermistor temperature sensor that has its outputs combined to give the final analogue value. The multisensor construction is similar to the optical detector but uses a different lid and optical moldings to house the thermistor temperature sensor. The sectional view (below) reflects the arrangement of the optical chamber and thermistor. The signals from the optical smoke sensing element and the temperature sensor are independent, and represent the smoke level and the air temperature respectively in the vicinity of the detector. The detectors microcontroller processes the two signals. The temperature signal processing extracts only rate of rise information for combination with the optical signal. The detector will not respond to a slow temperature increase, even if the temperature reaches higher level. An abrupt change in temperature can, however, cause an alarm without the presence of smoke, if sustained for 20 seconds.
Download We have earned expertise in offering high-tech Temperature Smoke Detector. This Temperature Smoke Detector comes under the brand name of Context Plus XP95 temperature (heat) detector. Our Temperature Smoke Detectors have a common profile with ionization and optical smoke detectors but have a low air flow resistance case made of self-extinguishing white polycarbonate. They monitor temperature by using a single thermistor network which provides a voltage output proportional to the external air temperature. FunctioningThe response to temperature increases of the standard temperature detector (part no: 55000-400IMC) enables the detector to be utilized as an EN54 Grade 2 heat detector. To provide a device for use in ambient temperatures of up to 50oC, a high temperature detector (part no: 55000-401IMC) is also available. This has similar characteristics to the standard temperature detector at 25oC but reaches a 55 count (alarm) at 90oC.
Download We have come up with Stand Alone Smoke Detector (CFR-SD-DT) that offer ultimate with its dual photoelectric and ionization sensors. Our Stand Alone Smoke Detector (CFR-SD-DT) is an ideal equipment to keep kitchens and bedrooms safe. In our Stand Alone Smoke Detector (CFR-SD-DT) ionization is more sensitive at detecting small particles, which are likely to be produced in greater amounts by flaming fires. Photoelectric is more sensitive at detecting large particles, which can be produced in large amounts by smoldering fires.
