Heavy-duty industrial resistors are manufactured by using high quality insulation graded ceramic tubes which are tough in strength and uniform in size, these core selected resistance wires are wounded according to the ohmic value required, as these are heavy duty industrial type and are used in the heavy machinery and to run heavy motors, perfect care is taken in the manufacturing process, by our experienced engineers to attain the perfect ohmic value and then the terminal ends are connected to the winding by using spot welding or screwing techniques in order to ensure a positive band after all these are sent to insulation coating (silicon coating) process and cured using high temperature ovens, and finally mounted on the suitable mounting brackets as per customers specification.
