Cyclone industrial agitators offer versatility in power range and output speeds, designed with specially developed software, for various mixing problems.The agitator drive unit is provided with heavy duty lantern support, bearing housing and different sealing arrangement like stuffing box, mechanical seal etc. Standard gearbox and motors can be provided in flameproof contructions.
The selection is based on the fluid details like viscosity( from 1 cp to 100000 cp) and specific gravity (from 1 to 2), Tank details like shape, size and volume (from 500 ltrs to 50000 ltrs) , and the process requirement like mixing, blending, solid suspension.
Variety of impellers offered like axial and radial for different property of liquid and process requirement.

Direct Drive Mixer used for low viscosity fluids like in water treatment plant, chemical plant, and dairy plants. They are available in three basic speeds, 1400 rpm, 960 rpm, 750 rpm and power ranging from 0.18 kw to 2.2 kw. Flange and angular bracket mounting position is available. Lifting lowering stand suitable for different tank sizes is an optional accessory to Cyclone direct drive mixers. Different mixing impellers like propellers, pitched turbines and other axial or radial flow turbines can be fitted for different properties of fluids and applications.

Hollow Shaft Motor liquid mixer applicable for Pharma, Chemical, Food, Paint and allied industries. The Hollow shaft motor is specially designed for stirrer application. The Collate and Nut arrangement is provided to lift or lower the stirrer shaft from the vessel. To lift or lower, operator has to simply loosen the Nut and secure it after desire length of stirrer shaft.
Different speed range available viz 960, 1400 and 2800 rpm. Speed can be vary using variable frequency drive. Different mounting position like Flange mount and Bracket mount is available. Material of construction would be MS, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L or GMP type suitable for pharma application is possible.

Geared Drive Stirrer/ Mixers are used for viscous and semi viscous liquid like paint and enamel mixing, mild agitation, pulp and other food mixing etc. These mixers are available in four standard speeds, 375 rpm, 290 rpm, 200 rpm, 125 rpm. The power rating ranges from 0.37kw to 2.2kw.Lifting lowering stand suitable for different tank sizes is also an optional accessory to Cyclone geared drive agitators. Different mixing impellers like propellers, pitched turbines and other axial or radial flow turbines can be fitted for different properties of fluids and applications.
