Double walled robust cabinet, wheel mounted, insulated with 3” mm super glass wool between the intermediate and exterior walls, which forms the main structure

Outer chamber is made of mild steel attractively finished with powder coating for durable Operation

Inner Chamber made of stainless steel interior walls has support allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacing

Door fitted with double glass window and heavy stainless steel hinges facilitate inspection of samples without opening the door

Transparent glass door let viewing the specimen inside without disturbing chamber temperature

Lock arrangements is provided in the double walled outer door

Hermetically sealed high performance kirloskar-Copeland compressor, air cooled condenser works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature and accessories provided at the bottom of the chamber Heating elements made of Nichrome wires are placed in the inner back side of the BOD Incubator

Cooling coils are distributed all-round the chamber and lie in the air circulation path

Air is circulated by a fan to keep the temp uniform throughout inner chamber

Other Details :

• These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated.
• Inner chamber made up of S.S.Sheet (SS-304 grade).
• Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides.
• Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.
• Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit.

Thermostatically Controlled : Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat to control temperature from 50°C to 250°C+1°C. an L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature.

Digitally Controlled : Temperature is controlled through a microprocessor based PID digitial temperature indicator-cum-controller or through a profile digital microcontroller having 4 programmes each of 16steps (total 64 steps of ramp/soak profile), from ambient to 250°C with an accuracy of ± 1°C. All digitally controlled ovens are fitted with air circulation fan as a standard accessories.

Optional Accessories :

This model can be fitted with RS-485 communication port for PC interphase and a RS-485 to RS-232 converter for logging the data to your personal computer for taking prints through a printer as and when desired labrotary oven.
