The Automatic Ultrasonic Paper Cup Machine (ZB-36A) is based on model ZB-36A paper cup machine, is an automatic machine with multi-working station, which has the function of photocell detection, failure alarm, counter and the advantages of humanism design, safer operation and easier maintenance. It is an ideal equipment of making hot drinks (tea, coffee, milk) disposable paper cups and ice-cream paper cups etc.  It makes Single or double PE coated Paper cup after the following procedure :

  • Automatic feeding the pre-printed and cut paper
  • Body sealing by ultrasonic device
  • Top lubrication using silicone oil
  • Bottom punching, automatic punching bottom paper in roll.
  • Twice heating and bottom knurling.
  • Top curling
  • Cup discharging
