6172 DUAL-FUEL BURNERS
are widely used on heat treat and non-ferrous melting furnaces, kilns, ovens, air heaters, dryers, chemical process equipment, and other applications where superior temperature uniformity is required. (For higher temperatures, use 6175 burners.)These sealed-in, nozzle-mix burners for gas and/or distillate oil are stable on stoichiometric ratio with large amounts of excess air, or with up to 50% excessfuel (provided additional air for combustion is in the furnace near the burner).
SAIFEE 6114 DUAL FUEL BURNERS
are ealed-in burners for burning gas, light or heavy oil for wide variety of applications. Capable of efficient operation throughout a wide range of preheat air temperature. These are equally stable on low temperature ovens and high temperature furnace such as reheating, forging, melting, hot air generators etc. Sealed mountings prevents unwanted air from the atmosphere entering the burner which helps to maintain furnace pressure, controlled atmosphere, and better gas/ air ratio. Thus better product quality is achieved.
