Our Product / Services
Our offered Product range includes Tantalum Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Titanium Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger, Tantalum Shell Heat Exchanger, Tantalum Tube Heat Exchanger and Titanium Shell Heat Exchanger.
Sai Titanium is pioneers in design, Fabricate and supply Tantalum Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger namely Fixed tube sheet type and removable bundle type and “U” Type in India. Tantalum heat exchangers are known to be extremely corrosion resistant in hot acid environments. The problem with tantalum heat exchangers is that they are extremely expensive and susceptible to the effects of hydrogen embrittlement.
Tantalum heat Exchangers is designed for hot acid applications including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, sour gas (H2S) and nitric acid. Tantalum acid resistant heat exchangers offer a corrosion resistance beyond nickel alloys (Hastelloy), titanium (Ti) and Zirconium (Zr) heat exchangers. Sai Titanium recently designed, fabricated, tested at 22 Kg/CM2 and supplied 2 Nos. of Tantalum heat Exchangers for Overseas Project.
A Titanium Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is a class of heat exchanger designs. Titanium Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger is the most common type of heat exchanger in oil refineries and other large chemical processes, and is suited for higher-pressure applications. As its name implies, this type of heat exchanger consists of a shell (a large pressure vessel) with a bundle of tubes inside it. One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. The set of tubes is called a tube bundle, and may be composed of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally finned, etc. We are a noted Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Titanium Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger in India.
