Neat Soap in Crutcher contains 30% moisture, this is sprayed into Spray Chambers and water evaporated under Vacuum conditions to bring final Soap moisture to about 15%
Soap drying chamber to turn liquid neat soap into dried & cooled solid soap on continuous basis by booing off excess moisture under vacuum conditions.
