  • All the movement by linear rails to avoid friction and allow smooth operation thus saves energy
  • Preforms are loaded automatically in open mould condition
  • Bottles are ejected form mould with the help of auto Air
  • Blowing air is supplied through valve block for fast and uniform distribution in mould cavity
  • Safety guards are provided at preform loading and bottles ejection section
  • Separate air receiver for low pressure and high pressure provided inside the machine for uniform air supply
  • Air recovery valve is provided so that used blown air for the mould can be recollected and used again for low pressure application, thus saves energy. (Optional)
  • The machine is controlled by PLC system for easy, accurate, fast & trouble free operation.
  • Centralized lubrication system for all lubricating points. (Optional)
  • Machine is mounted on anti- vibration mounting pad. (Optional)
  • Air regulatory valve are provided to control air pressure
  • Variable speed drive to vary the conveyer speed as per requirement.
  • Infrared heaters are adjustable as per the preform shape & size.
