AC Compact Fans all metal also known as External Rotor Motor Fans are basically compact fans with metal blades working on an alternating current. Cross Flow Blowers are also known as Tangential Blowers or Crossflow fans. The Crossflow fan is usually long in relation to the diameter, so the flow approximately remains two-dimensional away from the ends.Unlike radial fans, the main flow moves transversely across the impeller. Cross flow Blowers are typically used where a uniform broad flow of air is required. The compact design of these tangential blowers allows them to be installed where space is at a premium. C Motors are 2 pole Shaded Pole Motors. These Shaded Pole Motors are engineered to work efficiently in high humidity and moisture environments. They are available from 10 watts to 25 watts output and use plastic impellers. Hicool provides accessories for these C Frame motors such as Plastic Impellers (150mm & 100mm) and Brackets.

Centrifugal Blowers making use of External Rotor Motors have wide applications in UPS, Control Panel, Railways, Rectifier, Blow Molding machines etc. Centrifugal Blower has high efficiency and low noise level, relatively small airflow with high static pressure.
