We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of surface tester Tr 110 And Tr100 ( Time ) and surface roughness meter that are manufactured by keeping in mind the factors of cost, speed, and regular calibration. These machines are especially designed for calculating the vertical displacement between the road surface under the probe and the centre point of an imaginary line. Moreover, these can also be customized as per the application requirements.
A Preventive coating is applied to the surface from preventing corrosion. In coating a puncture may be due to manufacturing process or any other reason. The damage in this coating is called HOLIDAY.
A HOLIDAY by nature a corrosion process ending with damage to the capital property like pipeline- talk etc. which results in a complete loss to the organization.The instrument, which detects this phenomenon, is called HOLIDAY DETECTOR
DETECTIONA material having proper coating is non conductive of electricity. Any puncture / bare portion leads to the currant flow of electrical power. A high voltage is applied through moving electrode (Ring electrode / rubber brush) on coating material and a currant jump is observed. If any currant jump is observed, it is marled as HOLIDAY
APPLICATIONTo detect Pinhole, Puncture & Blank portion in thick (1mm to 10mm) insulating coating on conductive Pipeline.
UNIQUE TECHNICAL FEATURESIts range of voltage from 8 KV to 30 KV in 12 steps, allows you to set the voltage exactly to the level you desire for the coating you are inspecting, any pipe size from 2 to 60 whatever the coating may be somatic, tar, asphalt extruded coats, tapes or thin film epoxy coating. You have at your control the voltage setting that you require. One batteries and a universal charger are part of the package. More efficient circuitry means reduced current drain and prolonged battery life and cost saving.
