“SANDEEP” Manual Multi-Functional Edge Banding Machine is for attaching Veneer, Melamine, PVC and ABS Edge Banding tape of size 0.4 to 3 mm thick/Solid Wood upto 4mm in Strips with Pre-heated glue at desired set temperature according to the glue.
Glue Rollers are suitable for Panels Thickness from 10 to 50mm. Glue temperature control is in built in the machine. Electro-Pneumatic cutting device is provided & is fully covered by a guard for safety of the operator.
The Machines dispenses glue on the Tape as well as the Panel and the glue quantity can be adjusted.
Machine works though a Foot Switches for Cutting the Edge Band as well it operates through a Limit Switch which is fitted on the fence of the table. After the gluing the machines trims the top & bottom side of the edge band in one operation itself.
After edge banding the panel goes through 2 cutters on top & bottom to trim the extra tape and makes smooth edges.
