ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER
PARTH make Activated Carbon Filter has following layers of filtration.
compressed Air has to pass through the above layers before reach to the application point.
PARTH Activated Carbon Filter is used to remove Oil & Moisture Particles from the Compressed Air.
Installation:Activated Carbon Filter should be installed just before application point OR as far as possible from the Air Compressor to achieve the more Dry & Oil Free Compressed Air.
Utility:PARTH Activated Carbon Filters are successfully utilized in the following industrial applications where Dry & Oil Free Compressed Air is required.
Parth Activated Carbon Filter is used to remove oil & moisture particles from Compressed Air. It contains Activated Carbon granuels which absorb the Oil and Oil vapour from the Compressed Air. Activated Carbon Filter is to be installed after the Air Receiver. If absolutely dust free air is required, an on line Filter should be installed at the outlet of Activated Carbon Filter before application point.

Water cooled After cooler with Moisture Separator is a Shell and Tube type Heat Exchanger which reduces the temperature of compressed Air and as a result Moisture from the Compressed Air is Separated. Cooling is done by circulating water from the opposite side of the Compressed Air inlet in Aftercooler. The After cooler is designed in such a way that the Cooling Water passes through the Shell in turbulent flow, resulting maximum heat dissipation from the Compressed Air and hence more quantity of Moisture is separated in Moisture Separator.
Water cooled After cooler with Moisture Separator from 10 CFM to 1000 CFM and working Pressure from 150 PSIG to 1000 PSIG are available
Refrigerated air dryers are the most advanced and cheapest mode of drying compressed air. This dryer operates on the principle that cooling of the compressed air. causes condensation of water carried by the compressed air in vapour form. In the refrigerated type of air dryer the cooling takes place in two stages. The compressed air at about 40 Degree C, which enters the Refrigerated type air dryer, first enters the Precoofer . In the precooler the incoming hot-wet air is cooled by the outgoing cool-dry air. In the bargain the outgoing cool-dry is heated upto operating temperature of about 28 32 degree C.The hot-wet air, now partially cooled. enters the evaporator. In the evaporator, this partially cool air is chilled down to a temperature of about 2 to 8 degree C. Due to this chilling, the moisture carried by air in vapour form is condensed. This chilled air, carrying condensed moisture, then travels into the moisture separator. The moisture separator is a mechanical equipment, in which the condensed moisture is separated from the air by mechanical action. This moisture is drained out from the moisture separator with the help of an automatic drain valve. This dry-cool air is then passes through the precooler as discussed before. By this process you get dry air at the outlet with a pressure dew point temperature of about 4 Degree C or as required. (but above 2 degree C). In case of refrigerated air dryers, the power consumption for air dry- ing is approximately 5.0 kwh for 1000 cubic feet per minute of air.
Air Receivers:
Connecting Rods are one piece with solid end construction and do not require any adjustment.
Piston are made of Alluminium / Cast Iron and balanced for smooth running. Pistons have compression rings and oil control rings for better efficiency of the compressor.
Overhung Crankshaft with replaceable Bushing Crank Pin. The crankshaft is balanced precisely and fitted with ball bearings.
Finger Valves and Concentric Ring Valves are made of high quality stainless steel. All the valves are very easy to desmantle for servicing.
