Polyester webbing slings, multi leg polyester slings are made of using either flat webbing slings straps or endless type round slings as per specific requirements depending upon uses and safe working loads. A set of polyester flat webbing slings, multi leg polyester slings includes master link, auxiliary links and different end fittings like eye hooks, swivel hooks, D-shackles or Bow- shackles as per required. All these fittings are made of quenched and tempered alloy steel grade-80 material. Flat slings are stitched directly to the metal ring while endless round slings are attached with connecting links. Anti-abrasive and Anti-cutting protection sleeves can be fitted as per specific requirements. Safe Working Load Angles The Safe Working Load values quoted in the tables have been rated using the uniform load method for a maximum angle for each leg of 45 degrees from the vertical, as shown in the diagrams. The textile elements of these Slings have a minimum safety factor of 7:1 and the metal elements a safety factor of 4:1

Polyester Webbing Sling is woven with machine for one time, and processed in the different sewing methods, it can be used the strengthened eye on its ends to improve its strength. Its standard tonnage can be distinguished through the color, and the wide and smooth loading surface especially applies to the articles with the soft surface and if necessary, the protective sleeve which is wider than sling can be used. Because of no contacting metal, it causes hardly damage to the loaded article surface processed with lacquer. Flat woven webbing sling made from polyester can not cause sparkle if it is used under the hazardous and explosive environment. In addition, its low extending property can decrease the bound of load in the courses of lifting, and avoid damage from the shocking strength. At the same time, make codes for the dyeing colors of sling and suggest the simple and correct methods for loading, which is well convenient for our lifting user. Manufactured as per EN Standard, IS Standard  and ASME Standard Mechanical consideration Determine weight of the load. Select sling having suitable characteristics for the type of load, hitch and environment. Slings shall not be loaded in excess of the rated capacity. Consideration should be given to sling angles, which are discussed below. Slings with fittings used in a choker hitch shall be of sufficient length to assure that the choking action is on the webbing. Slings used in a basket hitch shall have the load balanced to prevent slippage. Slings shall not be dragged on.

Polyester endless round slings feature a continuous loop. The design of the continuous loop allows the load contact point to change with each application. EYE AND EYE SLINGS An eye (or loop) at each end makes this type of sling ideal for use in a basket hitch.
