Our product range contains a wide range of Porous Fluidized Plate
Fluidization is a process in which small solid particles are caused to behave like a fluid by blowing gas or liquid upwards through a membrane or a Fluidization Plate. These Fluidization Plates need to be porous, in order to allow the upward passage of gas or liquid, but simultaneously prevent the downward movement of the solid particles.
Our porous plastic Fluidization Plate discs are designed to be light weight, easily replaceable and inert in nature. We can manufacture these filter discs to meet any air flow rate and back pressure requirement by tweaking the pore size and porosity of the filter plate.
Fluidization technique is primarily used in the following applications
We have successfully provided porous plastic Fluidization Plates for the above applications to a variety of customers across India, primarily in Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi.
Depending on the requirement, we use polymers like polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene or similar ultra-high density high molecular weight polymers.
Our specialty lies in customizing our products as per the customer’s requirements.
