It is solid, robust, stable and highly accurate metal cutting bandsaw machine mainly used where material to be cut only in 90 degree (straight cutting). Material you can cutTubes, Rods, Shafts, Rounds, Rectangles, Square Materials.Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Non-Ferrous Metals, Die casting / Gray casting.*IMPORTANT NOTE You need to select the adequate blade for every material. Any blade can be used in our handsaw machines, although we suggest you to use COBRA, NACHI for better performance.

It is well supported by two rigid hard-chrome plated & ground vertical columns, which are guided by self lubricated bronze bushes. The blade is guided by adjustable bearings & carbide wear pads. The cutting blade can be tightened and released manually ( Hydraulic tightening as optional ) . The blade is hydraulically tightened up to recommended tensile strength of the saw blade. The bandsaw is driven by gear box directly coupled or belt driven with motor having sufficient drive power to cut any kind of material. This unique vice design permits the workpiece to be automatically indexed. The vice securely clamps the workpiece on both side of the cut thus minimizing drop off burrs. This design is most suitable for nesting or bundle cutting and is ideal for cutting short length pieces.
