Piston Rod Packing are offered in an almost unlimited variety of materials - and designs for unidirectional & bi-directional sealing; low-pressure vent sealing & gas purge sealing combined with exacting manufacturing & quality standards. Also available are high pressure rings with metallic backup. Additional types of ring configurations for specific applications can also be recommended.  

Piston Rod Packing are manufactured from various composites of PTFE - Glass fiber, Glass graphite, Glass molybdenum-disulphide, Carbon, Graphite, Ceramic, Bronze & Bronze molybdenum-disulphide for applications in low to high pressure & continuous duty air and gas compressors. Piston rod packing is available for rod sizes 1" to 12".

Application-Engineered Piston rings are available for all operating conditions. They provide excellent sealing capabilities & piston support, preventing piston-to-cylinder contact. We fabricate these rings in a variety of styles ranging from a conventional segmental straight, angle cut, step cut design, to more complex configurations like two & three piece segmental, grooved outer face and beveled edges & including the twin ring design.

Oil Wiper rings are manufactured to effectively provide positive containment of lubricants within the crankcase. In addition to wiping rings, which essentially scrape liquid from the rod, most wiper packing also contain sealing rings to block gas pulsations or flow through the packing. Oil Wiper Rings are manufactured in several designs, including tangent cut unidirectional, tangent cut bi-directional and triple circle design. They are manufactured from Cast Iron, Bronze, Aluminum Alloy, Carbon, Stainless Steel & Teflon®. Oil Wiper Rings are available for rod sizes 1 1/2" to 8".

Our valves are available for most reciprocating compressors, regardless of age, size, type, make, use or pressure rating. Our valves can help you get the very most out of your compressors. Our compressor valves are manufactured exactly as per the O.E.M specifications. Each component of the valve is checked before assembly and each valve assembly is tested for leak proofness.

Details : These valves are available for a wide range of pressure upto 3000 bars and compressor capacity upto 10000 cubic meters per hour & are available from sizes of 25 mm to 450 mm in diameter. These valves are used for air compressors as well as gas compressors handling even many corrosive, toxic and flammable gases. Gases handled include Acetylene, Argon, Carbon di-oxide, Chlorine, Hydrogen, L.P.G, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Sulphur di-oxide etc and also gas mixtures. Valve material is selected carefully to suit both lubricated and non-lubricated service. Materials include graded cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze etc and all materials are tested for physical and chemical properties. All valves are fully interchangeable with the OEM valves. All assembled valves are leak tested by compressed air and are cleared only if the leakage is within permissible limit. All valves are coated with approved chemicals to prevent rusting or corrosion. Those are then labeled for easy identification and packed properly to ensure that no damage occurs during transit or storage.

We offer a complete range of metallic compressor valve plates and Springs for the air and process gas compressor, and PET industries. We use the highest grade Stainless Steels and latest laser profiling equipment to manufacture stress-free steel compressor valve components. After the parts are cut, the parts pass through a series of quality control tests to ensure the customer gets the highest quality metallic compressor valve parts. Precision valve components to their exacting specifications & standards are offered. They are physically interchangeable with OEM parts and also equal in performance, efficiency & service life.

We are proud of our ability to create Peek Valve Plates in house using high quality plates & state of the art cnc machining to achieve dimensional stability. After the plates are machined they are surface lapped to achieve perfect flatness for smooth & final shape. We offer valve plates upto 250 mm diameter with fillers such as glass & carbon to enhance properties. Any ported plate, ring or other component can be customized in thickness, OD, ID, port sizes, etc. We can also produce tailored components in PEEK, Carbon PEEK, MT, Nylon, etc.
