Description : It is extremely rare & precious oil that originates in North Eastern India, Bhutan & parts of South East Asia. It has a very long history of use in medicines, incense and as aromatic oil. It is the most potent aphrodisiac of all the essential oils. It also has carminative, antimicrobial, and anti-asthmatic properties.
There are several species of agarwood including Aquilaria Agollocha, Aquilaria Malaccensis & Aquilaria Crassna. Its also known as Oudh.

Aroma : Delicate sweet, rich precious woods, ambery notes of the agarwood with the earthy, mossy, rooty & musky undertone.

Description : Amber is produced from fossilized sap of giant prehistoric conifer called Pinus Succinefera. Oil is obtained by distillation of crude fossil resin. It is well appreciated for its soothing as well as stimulating aroma.

Uses : It is used as base in perfume for chakra anointment, cosmetics & perfumery products. It is also used to provide protection against negative energies as it has a slightly sweet & gentle fragrance that is soothing to the spirit.

Description : Choya Loban  is a traditional destructive distillation of Boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense). It is produced by adding benzoin directly and heating it in a special earthern ware. With more volatile principles of gum distilled into receiving vessel, it forms the natural way to produce it. In natural perfumery, it is used in leather perfumes, forest bases, fougere, colognes, incense notes, temple perfumes etc.

Uses : The leaves of henna are used as skin and hair dye traditionally. It is also used in medicine and oil for perfumery. Gul Hina Attar is used in the preparation of perfume for men and women and also is used in Mehendi.

History : Gulhina Attar(traditional distillation of Lawsonia inermis flowers into sandalwood is a pale yellow to light amber colored liquid displaying a delicate, rich, herbaceous-floral bouquet with a precious wood-balsamic undertone Gulhina is a perfect perfume in itself-subtle, complex and beautiful and I do not recommend blending hem.

Since 'still rooms' have become a thing of the past, such luxurious, yet simple natural treats have sunk into oblivion, making way for the advance of chemical replacements. Yet, even the cosmetics industry cannot do without roses. Although chemists have tried to manufacture an 'aroma-identical' synthetic rose oil, no-one has yet managed to reproduce the real thing. Unfortunately, as with all expensive oils, Rose oil is frequently subject to adulteration. Cheaper essential oils or even perfume oils are often used to stretch the product and the profit margin. In mythology, Roses are sacred to Venus and depending on the eye of the observer, signify love, beauty, purity and innocence or passion and eroticism. Rose has the ability to somehow merge all these paradoxical aspects of femininity into its simple yet complex nature. Her many silken petals are like the veils that shroud the female mysteries.

Description : Kesar Attar is well recognized for its sweet scent and essence. Extracted through steam distillation process from the flower part of the kesar plant, it is used with a blend of Sandalwood Oil and finds wide application in aromatherapy based applications as well as skin care formulations.

History : Saffron researcher till today has defined well when first saffron cultivation has begun on earth, but it is believed by majority of the historians that this might have happened during per-historic Greek times. According to Greek mythology, handsome mortal crocus fell in love with the beautiful nymph Smilax. But alas, his favors were rebuffed by Smilax, and he was turned into a beautiful purple crocus flower. However the history of saffron cultivation and usage reaches back more than 3000 years and spans many cultures, continents and civilizations.Saffron, a spice derived from the dried stigmas of the saffron crocus (crocus sativus) has remained among the world’s most costly substances throughout history. Some believe that origin of saffron is located on a vast area of earth like, Greece, Turkey, Iran and central Asia. History : The musk oil is produced from a gland removed from the bottom of the belly of the Asia Musk Deer, Tokapi Deer, or Chinese Wild Deer. It is about the size of a small orange, and can only be obtained from the adult male deer. It is the either boiled in oil, or dried in to grains. Using this method, all deer are trapped and it is estimated that it will take 3 to 5 deer to find a fully mature stag (male). In Russia alone that would be 60, 000 deer killed in one year to equal the amount of musk sold at their markets. Currently the musk gland is used in as many as 400 Chinese and Korean traditional remedies, that have been made for over 5, 000 years if not more. But as the populations grow in that area of the world, it consumes the habitat of this species, while demanding ever more Musk Deer's gland!
