Electromechanical vibratory feeders are used to increase the bulk handling productivity with controlled high feed rates which further results in improvement of cost-per-ton handling efficiency. These are ruggedly constructed to minimize the maintenance and improve the production efficiency.
Applications :
Vibratory feeders are supplied through a half-wave rectifier resulting into 3000 vibrations per minute at 50Hz. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied to vary the feed rate externally with the help of variac provided in the control panel. As there is no moving mechanical parts inside the power unit such as gears, motors, eccentric weights, chains and bearings, there is absolutely no maintenance and no down time for process industries. The vibratory tray is heavily fabricated duly stiffened with angles. Wear resistance plate can also be provided in the tray for varying abrasive materials. Tray can be made to suit individuals requirements.
