Saravana Diesels

Matching up with the ever increasing requirements of the customers, our company is engaged in providing Diesel Injector.

Our range includes precision-engineered Single Cylinder Diesel Engine that have totally enclosed compression ignition. The range is manufactured as per IS standards and is highly demanded in the market due to its easy start, longer functional life and minimal power consumption.

Electronically Controlled Diesel Fuel Injection System. The particular design of common rail, with its flexible division of injection into several injections (pre, main and post injections), allows the engine and the injection system to be matched to each other in the best possible way. Common Rail Fuel Injection System is characterized by its High Pressure Accumulator (or Rail) from which it derives its name. A high pressure pump develops the required pressure for injection and delivers it to the High Pressure Accumulator (Rail).

We have earned a place of reputation in this era of stiff market competition, by providing the best class Diesel Fuel Injection Pump.

Mico manufactures high-precision Diesel Fuel Injectors catering to the requirements of original equipment manufacturers, exports and aftermarket. These are manufactured on world-class machines, using state-of-the-art technology at the Mico plant in Nashik. These are known for high-precision engineering, manufacture, performance and reliability.

BOSCH - started manufacturing of PF pumps – “Pumpen mit Fremdantrieb” (Pump with a foreign drive) way back in 1954. Since then, Bosch Ltd. has been catering to the needs of a large number of Engines manufacturers world wide. These pumps cater to a wide range of applications from Gensets to Auotomobiles to Locomotives.

We are engaged in offering a vast range of Nozzle Holder The assembly of all parts of the injector other than the nozzle is known as the nozzle holder. The main purpose of the nozzle holder assembly is to position and hold the fuel injection nozzle in the cylinder head. It also has a passage through which the fuel from the high pressure pipes flow to the nozzle.

Common rail is a modular, Electronically Controlled Diesel Fuel Injection System. The Injectors which are controlled electronically by the Electronics Control Unit draw the high pressure fuel from the Rail as and when commanded by the Electronic Control Unit.
